INSPECTIONS & WARRANTY:
- All furniture undergoes a final inspection including an operational
test performance
- All furniture passes UFAC Class 1 inspection regarding flammability
- Limited lifetime warranty for all reclining furniture mechanisms
- Good Housekeeping seal of approval
- All hardwood components are made from kiln-dried lumber
- Rigid lumber inspections standards are maintained.
- Double-dowelled and glued joints
- High-quality poly-vinyl acetate assembly glue used on all
joints
- Eight-gauge steel action brace construction
- Heat treated steel screws with specially-designed threads
for holding power
- Assembly is glued and secured under 100 lbs. of air pressure
- Critical joints reinforced with hardwood corner blocks
- Eight-gauge steel springs attached to a sturdy hardwood/plywood
